Complaints and Escalations

Never in our history has any customer felt the need to raise a complaint about Cronos, but Nominet are insisting that we implement a complaints and escalations procedure and have it documented on our website. Therefore if you have any problems with our service, please get in touch via email or phone as you normally would and we'll reply immediately as we always do.
